In the heart of Fall, connect with nature at this intimate mountain retreat in Midway, Utah, and come into contact with your own inner wisdom. The SLOW UP retreat is an invitation to unblock your energy and Unleash your Potential.
Together we will surrender to the nourishing energy of the Earth, attend deeply to our unique experience, and initiate subtle yet powerful shifts in our body, heart, and soul through the practice of Qigong, meditation, listening, and authentic sharing of our experiences with others.

Facilitator: Chantal Papillon, MQP
Chantal is the creator of the Slow Up program and founder of Mindful Essence. She teaches Qigong and offers Healing Qigong and Vitality Coaching sessions online and in-person in the Salt Lake City metro area. Having studied and worked in personal development for over twenty years, she has developed her own personal approach aimed at giving people practical strategies, self-care practices and tools that enable them to restore the harmonious flow of Qi in their body, thereby promoting their overall health and well-being.
