You are responsible to determine if Qigong is good for you.

The Qigong practitioner is not a physician and does not diagnose illness, disease, or any other physical or mental disorder.

The Qigong practitioner does not prescribe medical treatment or pharmaceuticals.

Qigong session is not a substitute for medical examinations and/or diagnosis.

Healing response such as increased body pain, emotional swings, as well as other symptoms is all a part of the body's natural healing process.

You must cancel any class reservation a minimum of 24 hours prior to the start of class.

We do not offer refunds on any class purchases, including single classes, class packs, workshops, retreats or events.

You must cancel any Healing Qigong session reservation a minimum of 24 hours prior your appointment time.

If you cancel a Healing Qigong session within the 24 hours you will be charged $35.

There are no refunds on any previous work or of any late charges.

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase of goods on our online shop. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Please read carefully
Practicing Qigong or any other mind-body practices or modalities comes with inherent risks. Individuals are responsible for their own safety and well-being. If at any point while practicing Qigong you begin to feel faint, dizzy or experience physical discomfort, please stop immediately and consult a medical professional. If you have a chronic illness of any kind, please consult your physician before attending class to determine if Qigong is right for you.
Some of our services are offered outdoor. By participating in our outdoor classes, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with being in nature, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, potential encounters with wildlife, and uneven terrain.
By joining any of our indoor or outdoor classes, you agree to take personal responsibility for your experience and release the organizers and facilitators from liability for any injury or adverse effect that may occur.
I understand that the Qigong practitioner does not diagnose illness, disease, or any other physical or mental disorder. As such, Qigong practitioner does not prescribe medical treatment, pharmaceuticals. It has been made clear to me that Healing Qigong session is not a substitute for medical examinations and/or diagnosis. As Healing Qigong sessions can be contraindicated under certain medical conditions, I know that my Qigong practitioner must be aware of any existing physical conditions. I have honestly stated all my known medical conditions and take it upon myself to keep the Qigong practitioner updated on my physical health at all times.

Sometimes we can experience a healing response, which can include increased body pain, emotional swings, as well as other symptoms. This is all a part of the body's healing process. If you ever have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us via text or email and we will guide you through your healing response.
CLASSES
Doors Open 15 mins Before Class
Please arrive 10 minutes before class and ready to participate.
If you pre-register for class and can not attend you must cancel your reservation a minimum of 24 hours prior to the start of class.
We do not offer refunds on any class purchases, including single classes, class packs, workshops, retreats or events.

HEALING SESSION
FINANCIAL POLICY
Cash, credit cards, Paypal and Venmo accepted. Payment is expected at time of service. A $35 fee will be charged upon reservation and be deducted from your session fees.
We do not bill insurance or provide information to insurance companies. If you need a receipt, we can email out one upon request.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Please, plan to be checked in and ready to be treated by your appointment time. If you are late for your appointment, we will do our best to honor your appointment but there is no guarantee that the session will be extended and you might not receive the full service expected.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide us with at least 24 hours of notice, this will show respect to your therapist and other potential clients. All appointments that are canceled or changed with less than 24 hours notice, or are missed altogether, will not be eligible for a refund of the $35 booking fee. We understand that emergencies occur, and will consider emergency rescheduling conflicts on a case-by-case basis.
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase of goods on our online shop. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
· The item must be in the original packaging.
· Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
· Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
