Please read carefully

Exercise is not without its risks and Qigong or any other exercise program may result in injury.  If at any point while practicing Qigong you begin to feel faint, dizzy or experience physical discomfort, please stop immediately and consult a medical professional.

If you have a chronic illness of any kind, please consult your physician before attending class to determine if Qigong is right for you.

I understand that the Qigong practitioner does not diagnose illness, disease, or any other physical or mental disorder. As such, Qigong practitioner does not prescribe medical treatment, pharmaceuticals. It has been made clear to me that Qigong session is not a substitute for medical examinations and/or diagnosis. As Qigong sessions can be contraindicated under certain medical conditions, I know that my Qigong practitioner must be aware of any existing physical conditions. I have honestly stated all my known medical conditions and take it upon myself to keep the Qigong practitioner updated on my physical health at all times.

Sometimes we can experience a healing response, which can include increased body pain, emotional swings, as well as other symptoms. This is all a part of the body's healing process.  If you ever have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us via text or email and we will guide you through your healing response.
