Individual Mindful Walks accompany you in discovering your interconnection with Nature and help you Embrace your Essence through an immersive walk in a natural environment. Walking with intention allows us to become aware of our unique experience as it unfolds in the present moment supported by the living world. We become attentive observers of LIFE. The one that surrounds us but especially the one that is within us. These walks are soothing for the Heart, relaxing for the Mind and invigorating for the Body. Adapted to your specific needs and desires, they are designed for both beginners and seasoned mindfulness practitioners and can take place anywhere from an urban park to your favorite mountain trail. Formats available 60-min Guided Mindful Walk - $48 90-min Guided Mindful Walk - $68 2-hr Guided Mindful Walk - $88 Other - Please ask for our price ***** When you register, we will together determine the length and location for your adventure. There are no limits to the form or content of these walks. Only your specific needs and wishes are our guides. Terms and Conditions
CLASSES POLICY * Access to studio (in-person or virtual) will be possible 15 mins before class. * Please arrive at least, 10 minutes before class and ready to participate. * If you pre-register for class and can not attend you must cancel your reservation a minimum of 24 hours prior to the start of class. * We do not offer refunds on any class purchases, including single classes or class packs. * By attending any of our classes, you give your consent to be included on photos and videos—unless you let us know otherwise. Just speak with us before the class, and we’ll gladly honor your preference with care. * By participating in any of our classes, you acknowledge the inherent risks of practicing Qigong and any other mind-body practices or modalities offered. * By participating in our outdoor classes, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with being in nature, including adverse weather conditions, potential encounters with wildlife, and uneven terrain. * Individuals are responsible for their own safety and well-being. By joining any of our indoor or outdoor classes, you agree to take personal responsibility for your experience and release the organizers and facilitators from liability for any injury or adverse effect that may occur.
