Start your weekend with balance! Saturdays: 9:00-10:00am MT WE ARE BACK ONLINE! Starting October 11, practice from home! Upon registration, you'll receive a link to join the online class on Zoom. ** This is an hybrid class ** Online : From mid-October to End of May At the Park: From June to mid-October During the warm season, classes will be held at the Murray Park Arboretum. Later in the fall and throughout the winter, we will gather as a community on Zoom for our Saturday morning practice. **Meeting point at the park: Parking lot near the pool (entrance on Vine St). I appreciate your understanding. Additionally, while I am dedicated to ensuring consistent classes, unforeseen circumstances might lead to occasional cancellations. Qigong is a mind-body-spirit practice that improves one’s mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent. Qigong does not require any skill level or experience. No equipment is needed. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes and learn simple energy practices to release stress, calm your mind and improve your health. If at any point while practicing Qigong you begin to feel faint, dizzy or experience physical discomfort, please stop immediately and consult a medical professional. CLASSES POLICY * Access to studio (in-person or virtual) will be possible 15 mins before class. * Please arrive at least, 10 minutes before class and ready to participate. * If you pre-register for class and can not attend you must cancel your reservation a minimum of 24 hours prior to the start of class. * We do not offer refunds on any class purchases, including single classes or class packs. * By attending any of our classes, you give your consent to be included on photos and videos—unless you let us know otherwise.
