What is Qigong?

Qigong (pronounced “Chee-gung”) is a millennial mind-body-soul practice that improves physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health by integrating postures (inner & outer), flowing movements, breathing techniques, self-massage, sounds, and focused intent.

"Qi," literally meaning "vital energy," and "gong," which translates to "the skill of working with," collectively form Qigong, representing the cultivation of life-force energy.

Fundamental component of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Qigong awakes the body, regulates energy, and soothes the mind offering a natural solution for stress.

Stress-related health problems have increased dramatically in the modern age: stiff neck, back pain, insomnia, headache, and so on. Qigong drives stress away, fosters greater steadiness and promotes better physical and mental health.

With slow and fluid low-impact movements and no complicated sequence to remember, Qigong is accessible and suitable for people of any age and any level of physical health without the need for special equipment.

Qigong is a simple practice that leads to life-changing results
